Aruna Masalas, a cherished name in coastal Karnataka since the 1980s, boasted an authentic range of spice powders and pastes but relied on traditional pouches and an outdated website. In 2023, we gave them a modern makeover: designing vibrant, informative packaging that blended tradition with clarity, using bold color codes, ingredient highlights, and shelf-friendly formats like spout pouches for convenience.

Simultaneously, we overhauled their website with a fresh UI/UX, introducing clean layouts, rich imagery, intuitive filters (by cuisine, spice heat, usage), and streamlined navigation to guide users effortlessly from discovery to cart. The cohesive look & feel across package and screen elevated Aruna from a regional staple to a digitally confident brand. The result: increased engagement, stronger brand recall, and a seamless bridge between offline quality and online experience.
